Let us tell you the story of Radeq Lab and how we became experts in producing sugar products.
Our history began in 2008 when Radek Pielczyk, the company’s founder, was studying cosmetology in Krakow, Poland. He started learning about sugaring and became fascinated by this little-known form of hair removal. Before long, Radek was working on his own recipes – he knew he could update this ancient eastern technique and improve results.
His dedication paid off. In 2009, Radek created his first sugar pastes under the brand name DERMAEPIL. Despite small-scale production in Poland, his products started selling internationally. His success was straightforward: besides manufacturing high-quality products, he offered 360-degree support to new brands. He also recognized that sugaring is a skill and started providing specialised training.
In 2014, we relocated to the Netherlands. In accordance with GMP standards, we set up an industrial-scale manufacturing plant to meet growing international demand for our products. Our reputation grew, and we started offering private label and contract manufacturing services.
In 2021, our company underwent a rebranding, and we changed from DERMAEPIL to RADEQ LAB.

Today, we have developed and produced over 50 different sugar pastes, sold under various brand names, from European countries to South Korea and Russia. To meet market demand, we also make depilation powders, after depilation creams, and natural skincare products.
Sugar batch consistency is our priority. Our long-established manufacturing process allows us to maintain the same consistency of sugars in every batch – the secret to effective sugaring. Our quality controls meet the highest GMP standards and are regularly monitored.
